Services/SEO + GEO
SEO and GEO for physical therapy and chiropractic clinics, built around the searches that actually book patients, not the ones AI already answers.
Get Your Free Growth Plan→Most SEO agencies are still running the same playbook from 2015, chasing keyword rankings and publishing thin blog content that nobody reads. The problem isn't that SEO doesn't work. It's that the way most agencies do it is completely out of touch with how patients actually search for care today.
AI Overviews are decimating search results and traffic opportunities. They are changing how your website shows up and how many people actually make it to your website. Creating a ton of content only to get gobbled up by AI Overviews is a complete waste of your money.
Zero-click search

The fix
Most agencies chase top-of-funnel queries like "how to fix lower back pain" or "stretches for sciatica." Those are the exact searches getting absorbed by AI Overviews, you stand almost no chance of earning a click, because Google now answers them on the results page.
✗How Most Agencies Do It
| Stage | Priority Keywords | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Info ★ | "how to fix lower back pain" | Zero clicks |
| Consider | "best chiropractor reviews" | Low convert |
| Decision | "chiropractor near me" | Ignored |
✓How Ranking Out Does It
| Stage | Priority Keywords | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Decision ★ | "chiropractor near me" | Booked patients |
| Decision | "physical therapy for sciatica" | Booked patients |
| Decision | "sports physical therapist near me" | Booked patients |
We triple down on bottom-funnel keywords because they're the ones that actually drive traffic, visibility, and conversions. These searchers aren't looking for information, they're looking for a clinic. Right now.
And because AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Gemini now sit between your clinic and the patient, we optimize for those too. That's the GEO half of this service, Generative Engine Optimization. It comes down to being the clinic an AI names when someone asks it who to see, which is driven by entity clarity, structured data, review signals, and answer-shaped content the models can quote directly.
The system
Every successful SEO campaign is built on three pillars. Ignore any one of them and the whole strategy falls apart. Our proven process ensures nothing gets missed.
We audit and fix the technical foundation of your site: site speed, crawlability, schema markup, indexation, and Core Web Vitals, so search engines and AI crawlers can properly discover, understand, and rank your pages.
We create high-value, intent-driven content mapped to bottom-funnel condition and treatment keywords, the pages that actually drive traffic and convert visitors into booked patients.
Build your clinic's authority with high-quality backlinks from health publications, local news outlets, and industry directories. Without links, your site will not rank for your most coveted keywords.
Before we create a single piece of content, we make sure your website is technically sound. This is the foundation everything else is built on, and it is also what determines whether an AI engine can read your clinic clearly enough to recommend it.
We don't write blog posts for the sake of publishing. Every piece of content we create is mapped to a bottom-funnel keyword with real conversion potential, condition pages, treatment pages, location pages, and supporting content that Google rewards with rankings and AI engines quote as the answer.
For the map pack and location pages, see Local SEO →Links remain one of the strongest ranking signals in Google's algorithm, and they increasingly shape which sources AI engines treat as trustworthy. Without them, your site will not rank for competitive clinic keywords. We focus exclusively on earning high-quality, editorially placed backlinks that move the needle.
Community and chamber links run inside Local SEO →We'll show you which searches in your market still send clicks, which ones AI has already taken, and exactly what we would build first.

Fair question, and the industry has earned your cynicism. Here is the part that is not marketing.
A growing share of searches now end without a click, because the answer appears on the results page or inside an AI assistant. That is measurable and it is not reversing. The practical consequence is that being the source an engine quotes is now worth something separate from being the link it lists. The name for the work is negotiable. The shift is not.
Fewer people, yes. But the ones who do click are further along, because the browsing and comparing already happened in the answer.
This is the part most practices get backwards. They watch traffic fall and conclude the channel is dying. Traffic was never the product. Booked evaluations were. A channel that sends you half the visitors and twice the appointments is not a decline, and if you only measure sessions you will cut the wrong thing.
Almost certainly not the way you are imagining it. Nobody in your town is searching for five stretches for a healthy back and then booking a plan of care.
What earns its place is a page that answers a question a patient asks right before they pick up the phone. What does the first visit cost, do I need a referral in this state, how long does this take to fix, do you take my plan. Those are boring to write and they book patients. Volume of posts is a vanity metric that agencies love because it is easy to invoice.
Local SEO is about the map and your immediate radius. This is about the rest of the search result and about the answer engines.
Most clinics need the local work first, because that is where the intent is highest and the distances shortest. This becomes worth doing once the map is handled, or immediately if you serve a wide area, run cash pay services people research before committing, or compete against hospital systems with large content operations.
By whether you appear in the answer, and by what happens to your booked evaluations. We track which queries surface you inside AI results and overviews, alongside conventional rankings and traffic.
Then we hold all of it against one number: new patients who found you through search. Everything else is diagnostic. If the diagnostics move and that number does not, the diagnostics were wrong.
It matters exactly as much as your foundation matters, which is to say invisibly until it does not hold.
If a crawler cannot read your pages quickly and understand what they describe, everything built on top underperforms, and an AI engine that cannot parse you will quote whoever it can. This is not the part that wins you patients. It is the part that stops the rest of the work from being wasted.
Question that is not here? Ask it on a call and we will answer it straight, including when the answer is that you should not buy this from us.
