What it costs

The Numbers, Before You Have To Ask For Them

Most agencies in this category make you sit through a discovery call to find out whether you can afford them. We would rather you knew now and only called if it makes sense.

Book A Call

There is a reason agencies hide this, and it is not the one they give you.

The reason given is that every practice is different and pricing depends on scope. There is some truth in that. The real reason is that a price on a page disqualifies people, and most agencies would rather have the conversation than lose it.

Disqualifying people is the point. A call that ends with somebody discovering they are out by a factor of five has wasted an hour of your day and an hour of ours. So here is the entry offer priced in full, what the search engagement depends on, and what has to be true for either to be worth it.

Two Ways In

Start here

Patient Reactivation

$997 to start

then $497 a month

We work the patient list you already own and book appointments back into your calendar, then make sure you stop losing the callers you are already paying to generate.

  • List reconciled against your consent records before a single message goes out
  • Segmented by condition treated, time since discharge and how care ended
  • Message written per segment, not one note to everybody
  • Replies routed to a person quickly, because a cold reply is a lost patient
  • Reported in booked and attended visits, not in replies

Month to month. No term, no notice period.

The main engagement

Local SEO

Quoted per practice

on a 12 month commitment

Grid position around your actual address, the profile and listing work behind it, reviews, and the pages that answer what people in your catchment are searching for.

  • Setup absorbed into the monthly rather than billed separately
  • Grid measurement at ten points around your address, from the start
  • Profile, categories, listings and citations across the platforms that matter
  • Review generation and response, written so nothing confirms a person was your patient
  • One practice per catchment. We will decline if yours is taken

Twelve months, and we will explain why below.

Why the search engagement is not priced here

Because the honest number depends on things we cannot know from a web page: how many locations you run, how contested your catchment is, how much ground there is to make up, and whether there is an existing site worth building on.

You get the number on the first call, before you have to ask for it twice, and you get it with the reasoning attached. What you will not get is a discovery process designed to keep you guessing until somebody thinks you are committed.

Ads are billed separately from the media spend and depend on how many campaigns are running. Web design is quoted per project. Same rule applies to both.

What We Put Behind The First One

The guarantee

Ten appointments in your first thirty days, or you get the $997 back and we cancel the monthly.

No notice period, no penalty, and you keep everything we built.

That is a specific number, in a specific window, with a specific remedy, which is the only kind of guarantee worth reading. Money back if you are not satisfied means nothing, because nobody ever agreed what satisfied meant.

What we need from you for it to apply

A guarantee is not unconditional, and any that claims to be has been written by somebody who does not intend to honour it. Three things have to be true:

  • At least 300 contactable records, supplied within five days of starting. Below that the arithmetic does not work and we will tell you so before you pay anything.
  • Somebody who actually attends the appointments. We book them. Your practice has to keep them.
  • A working calendar and a phone that gets answered. If a booked patient calls back and reaches nobody, that is not a campaign failure.

Hold up your end and if the number does not arrive, that is on us and you should not be paying for it.

Why Twelve Months On The Search Work

Because it is honest about how the work behaves, and a shorter term would not be.

Local search produces close to nothing for the first sixty days. Profile and listing work moves early, grid position starts shifting between weeks six and twelve, and evaluations traceable to search normally arrive in the second quarter. Then it compounds, and keeps compounding, for years after the work is done.

An agency willing to sell you this month to month is telling you something. Either they intend to do the shallow, fast-looking work that shows early and dies, or they have already priced in your leaving and the number reflects it. Neither is in your interest.

The entry offer is month to month precisely because it produces inside thirty days. Different work, different promise. We are not going to pretend one behaves like the other in order to make the sale easier.

How To Tell If This Is Worth It

Do not compare our number to another agency's number. Compare it to what a patient is worth to you, which is the only comparison that decides anything.

Three numbers you should have before any call, with anyone

  1. What is a patient worth across a full plan of care? Not the first visit. The whole episode, and the ones that come back.
  2. What share of enquiries become paying patients? If you do not know, that is the most valuable thing you will learn this quarter.
  3. How many contactable past patients are sitting in your system? Ask whoever runs your software to export it.

Multiply the first two. If ten appointments is worth several times what the campaign costs, the decision is arithmetic rather than judgement. If it is not, do not buy this, and we will say so on the call.

What The Price Does Not Include

  • Ad spend. Google and Meta are paid directly by you, from your own accounts, so you keep the account, the history and the data if we part company.
  • Software you already pay for. We work inside your systems rather than moving you onto ours.
  • A rankings promise. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position in a system they do not control, and anybody who does is telling you something about how they operate.
  • Miracles on a broken front desk. If calls are not answered and booked appointments are not confirmed, more demand makes the problem more expensive, not less.

Still The Right Conversation?

Bring the three numbers above. We will tell you which piece we would start with, what it would cost, and whether we think it will work. If the answer is that you should spend the money elsewhere, that is what you will hear, and it will not take an hour.
